Assistant President

1. Assist the president in daily management and department coordination;

2. Cooperate with the president in handling external public relations (including the government, business units, important customers, etc.);

3. Follow-up, sort out and timely report of project affairs;

4. Track the achievement of the company's business objectives, provide analysis opinions and suggestions for improvement;

5. Write and follow up the company's executive meeting and other company meeting minutes;

6. Assist the president in arranging daily itineraries, travel, etc.;

7. Complete other tasks assigned.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, proficient in English is preferred;

2.2 years of general assistant/business related work experience, experience in manufacturing enterprises is preferred;

3. Good business etiquette quality, good overall quality, strong language expression ability;

4. Work meticulously and patiently, with affinity, good interpersonal communication, organization, coordination, public relations skills and keen insight.
